Interesting story in La Presse today. Last year, 10, 942 Americans became Canadian citizens. In 2001, there were only 5,910. These refugees from the USA represent the highest-educated immigrants in Canada. That’s good for us. In some cases, these people are escaping the Bush regime. Really.
Thanks, W. For Canada, this is the only good thing that’s resulted from his miserable Presidency.
