W's building a think tank?
How can the words President and think tank appear in the same sentence and be taken seriously? It just proves there really is no irony in America.
Its an obscene amount of money and would probably retire the foreign debt of several small African countries. Perhaps it needs that amount of money to hire the smarties who are going to have to try and find something favourable about George W and his time in office.
