My home computer is dead for the moment. It appears to have been felled by an evil virus. So I'll have some blogging catching up to do today, including a chip review by JAW Fan.
In international news, I can't decide what's the better story: Palin's pregnant daughter or Putin shooting the tiger. I gotta give the win to Vlad. That is the most unbelievable slice of soviet-style propaganda I've ever seen. Kudos, Vlad!

Re the pregnant daughter - its amazing how these conservatives rail against sex outside marriage etc etc yet when it happens too one of their own, its suddenly a 'private family matter'- although how private it is now.... Wonder how much choice the poor girl had about getting married?
Oh, and letter to the paper here about the VP candidate:
'Will Americans really vote for Annie Oakley and her Grand-Paw?"
that about sums it up really!

I want to hear Palin preaching the virtues of abstinence for teenagers. Heh. If the daugher is surprised she's getting married, imagine how the groom feels. Shotgun!
