Oh James! no more

I can't help but feel that some terrible thing will happen to me if I don't take a moment to mention the death of Miss Moneypenny, Lois Maxwell.

RIP Moneypenny.

This makes up for your egregious error of not reporting on the death of Philip Locke, who played Vargas in Thunderball. The excuse "but that was 2 years before I started this blog" is feeble indeed - surely there would have been no better reason at the time to begin one?

RIP Lois from Station "C" Canada.

Vargas does not eat.
Vargas does not sleep.
What does Vargas do?
Not much now, I reckon.

RIP Vargas.

By the way, there was a woman who used to work here named Vargas, and thanks to you, every time I saw her I thought "Vargas does not eat, Vargas does not sleep"." Little did she know...

Frankly, I'm surprised nobody attacked me for not mentioning Alice Ghostley's demise a couple of weeks back. Not that she had anything to do with James Bond, as far as I know.

Alice Ghostley? Esmerelda from Bewitched has died - I hadn't heard that. I believe there is only one cast member still alive and thats the bloke who played Dr Bombay.

Agghhh!!!!...I am away for one day...and this is how I find out Alice Ghostley died!!!!!!!!! Oh, poor, Alice. I loved her on everything she did. I even loved her on Designing Women. She could do no wrong...Sorry, Lois, you have to take a back seat on this one.

She died at least a week ago if not more. And yet you blame me for watching the news too much. Where you would be without me? Still foolishly thinking that Alice was alive. HA!
