Nothing arounds up the year in the old neighbourhood like a mafia hit.
Post script: What the hell does "arounds up" mean? I was thinking round-up and wind-up but ended-up with arounds-up. I AM A GREAT EDITOR.

Here's the amazing thing about the mafia hit: The story I read linked to Google Earth maps, which now has street views of NDG. Really, really detailed street views. Really, really, really, really detailed street views. I found my house keys.
I know. I'm a bit disappointed that there wasn't a cat sitting in the living room window of my house when the googlers went by. It would've be cute and homey. And there so often is such a cat. At least it wasn't garbage day.
