because michael jackson (or michael jackson tribute bands) have bought up all the sparkly gloves and only plain black ones are left?
Oh no! I was just watching the replay of the short program a few minutes ago and I immediately thought - 'oh, so gloves are the thing this year....'What the hell will the women be wearing? White gloves?
and of course, after I put up this post, some chap appeared wearing white gloves.....
And then the last few skaters didn't wear gloves at all, making liars out of all of us.
