Jet Lag

I have a sleep problem. I'm sleeping 8 hours, so lack of sleep is not the problem.

The problem is that I sleep from 1 to 5 a.m. and from 1 to 5 p.m. I've been in this pattern for 3 days now. I just can't stay awake in the afternoon.

This has to be fixed in the next 48 hours. It has to. Or else I'll be sleeping at my desk all afternoon on Monday. Maybe I can just shut the door and snooze.

Ah jet-lag - its a wonderful thing. I remember after my first ever trip to northern parts of the world coming back home on Saturday, going back to work on Monday and asleep at my desk by Monday lunchtime.....then wandering around the house at 3 in the morning....I share your sleeplessness......

Yes, I have an office with an actual door. I know how rare that is. I should close it more often, just to use it a bit so they don't take it away from me.

Well, aren't you just too important for words!!! I work in what is known universally as the 'open plan office' - its a great way to find out the pecadillos of all your workmates (and they yours).
