Happy Vargas Day
After careful consideration (and it's a slow, slow news day) I figured Vargas deserves his own day.
Do not smoke. Do not drink.
Let Vargas Day be our version of Ramadan!

And the question that we all want to know - "what does Vargas like?" - can be debated in the taverns and bars of the Carribean as the masses huddle in their black turtlenecks to celebrate.
