All Quiet on the Blog Front

Is it January blahs? Nothing seems to be happening anywhere. I have no news. I have posted two more Tall Cats of Belmore videos to YouTube, if anyone cares to watch. I have one registered viewer and it is, of course, Fancy Feast.

Last weekend I saw Mission Impossible on Imax. It was fun. Tom Cruise is still the most wooden expressionless actor on earth. But, despite him, I enjoyed the movie.

Anyone have any news to share? Anyone?

I haven't been feeling well since before Christmas. Went to the doctor this week...gave me some pills...I go for an abdominal ultrasound tomorrow...I'm supposed to leave for Mexico in three weeks, but was told by the doctor not if there's something wrong with you...I'm hoping it's just a bug. People are telling me it could be my gall bladder. But I'm not in pain, just not feeling 100% in the stomach...Can the doctor really prevent me from going to Mexico? Doesn't he know I need to eat their chips?...Needless to say, I'm not happy right now!

Well, that's my news.

Maybe if you describe them as "the healing chips of Mexico" he will let you go?

Well, I was going to call you about going for Indian food but I guess that's out....although a good vindaloo would kill any bug that dares to live in your gut.

Yes, for now, Indian food is out. We'll wait till I come back from vacation...which I'm pretty sure I will be going to...even if I have to put on a fake moustache and sneak out of the country Homer-style..."Hallooo, I'm going to Mexico."...well, you get the idea,

Yes, you will be going on vacation JAW Fan. I'm sure everything will be fine and you'll be feeling back to normal in less than 3 weeks.

I went to see Mission Impossible at the Imax too! I went on New Year's Eve at 5 p.m.

Imax story. I went with Smoothie, of course. When we got to the theatre, there was nobody checking tickets, so Smoothie was incensed saying "anyone could get in here" without having paid the ridiculous Imax price. He was utterly convinced we were the ONLY people who paid full price and everyone else had just randomly sauntered in. I said why don't you ask everybody else? He wanted to go back to the box office and exchange his Imax ticket for a regular ticket to anything and come back in. I said, go ahead, be an idiot. He didn't do it.

I hadn't heard much talk of Smoothie lately; glad to hear he's doing fine. The tickets were so expensive. What a rip-off!
