We got an e-mail message today regarding the death of one of our retirees.
The only thing I remember about this man was that he used to cut his toenails in his office.
That's quite a legacy, eh? I wonder if it ever crossed his mind that when someone learned of his death, their only thought would be: Oh yeah, him. The guy who trimmed his toenails in his office.
How do you want YOUR work colleagues to remember you?

"she liked coffee"
He cut his toenails at work??? And he was allowed to? Well, I guess its all irrelevant now.....
Er, remembered by workmates? As someone who liked a laugh.
"Who?"
(I'm terminally shy...)
I would like them to remember me as "that cheery, happy-go-lucky guy who was always there when you needed him, who was always quick to put a laugh on your face, and who had interesting taste in music and movies."
How they will probably remember me will be as "that hyper stress-case who liked weird things!"
Oh well, I guess that's still better than not be remembered at all.
