Susie, I was looking through some old posts and I saw that we had this same discussion this time last year. You argued that pumpkin could not be a dessert, and basically all the North Americans begged to differ.
I had several pieces in the past couple days. And, trust me, a perfectly good veg gets made into a perfectly good pie.
I'm sure we did because it just seems so strange!!!! (and I love stirring the pot a bit...) I like my pumpkin roasted with some roast beef and all the trimmings.

TO? I don't understand any of this, especially how people in North America turn a perfectly good vegetable (pumpkin) into a dessert!!!!
